Are you unstably housed and need legal assistance? Call our toll-free helpline: 1 (800) 940-1119 . We serve young people ages 14-24, adults, and families.
Get free legal assistance with:
- School or education issues, including enrollment, financial aid, fee waivers, and transportation access
- Public benefits access, including food stamps (SNAP), TANF, health insurance/Medicaid, and SSI disability
- Identification documents, including birth certificates
- Family law, including child support and custody
- Consumer and credit issues
- Housing law
- Discrimination/civil rights
- Sealing/expunging criminal records
The Law Project can be reached Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
