At CCH we know no one is homeless…it is something they go through. It does not define them.
Since our founding in 1980, CCH’s mission has been to prevent and end homelessness. For over 44 years we have been focused on this goal and working in partnership with people experiencing homelessness, service providers, faith and community leaders, and government officials.
CCH knew it was time for our name and logo to evolve to reflect this goal.
We are thrilled to welcome you to our journey: CCH has a new look and name reflecting the dignity and power held by those affected by homelessness.
We are now Chicago Coalition to End Homelessness (CCH).
With this name change, our mission is clear: we build community power and advance racial equity through organizing, advocacy, legal assistance, and education to prevent and end homelessness because housing is a human right. CCH continues to be committed to creating lasting change and ensuring every individual has access to safe, stable housing.
